Back in May 2009 I wrote here that one of my images of the popular Turimetta Beach had been selected as Photo of the Week at Steve Parish’s Photograph Australia website. This was a pleasing result considering it was part of an ongoing experiment with daytime seascape long exposures.

It got better. It has now been announced that this image has been selected as Photo of the Year.

Steve Parish is a multi-award winning photographer, best known for his Australian wildlife and landscape photography. It is an honour to have Steve personally select the winning image.
